my goodnight story

tonight at bedtime, as I was hugging my son Alec, he looks up at me and says

"I love yah Mom" "I love yah all the way up to God and his bones and I love you with all his Angels and all his skin"

all I could muster was "me too Ali, me too."

then he expands even greater. "I will love yah forever Mom"

"me too Ali, I will love you forever"

perfection found in a 5 year old.
