My favorite - road kill!
Actually, this reminds me of Ed Henderson (Fast Eddie) from Yellowknife. He used to tease about bringing us road kill - then one day he did - it was a melon that had fallen off the back of a truck and was still in one piece. We couldn't figure out what kind of melon it was - but it tasted good!

Ahh, yes, fast Eddie and the Road kill...sounds like a band! Well, we never actually consumed this critter, Gerry tossed it across the cane field...
