What a great day at Natadola Beach. Just a day of playing in the sun with the boys. Dragged them around in the shallows on a boogie board. What a blast they were having. Saw a lady catch a baby octopus. Never touched one alive before. Wierd how they actually suction on to you. Well, had a picnic at the beach and a wonderful lazy (in a good way) day at the beach. We are able to show Rye, Gerrys' Dad, some of the nicer spots around here. Today was good for him except for the surf tossing him and Gerry over a few times, Rye came out of the ocean with some fairly painful looking wounds but was up and at it again in no time. The coral can be sharp. Not something I ever thought about before Fiji. Then again, I never thought much about Octopus either. Temps are good, daytime temp around 30c, evening temps cooled off to around 24c. We will be pulling out the blankets soon!
